Sex discrimination is a very serious topic, and it is shown that women make 30% less than men do in the work place. Throughout time, women have been portrayed as only housewives caring and nurturing their children while the men are out working. There has been recent change and we see that many women have gone out and found jobs to help their family and make it easier on the husbands. On top of going back to work, women are expected to have the house clean, have the children ready for school, and be a housewife. Studies have shown that there has been an increase in sexual harassment toward women, so they are not only getting paid less than men, they are also being harassed. I think his picture is perfect because it shows that the person in charge is completely oblivious to what the woman is complaining about and she is looking at him from the floor.
